Intro

True Classic was already operating at significant scale, so the challenge was not simply to make ads profitable.

The objective was to deploy more capital efficiently while maintaining strict performance thresholds across high-volume acquisition channels.

During my tenure, I managed more than $1.99M in combined TikTok and Snapchat spend, including up to $30K/day and $300K/month in TikTok Shop spend.

At approximately 3.0+ ROAS, that level of managed media represents roughly $6M+ in attributed revenue potential across the spend I directly managed.

The account also operated at an unusually high creative velocity, with more than 800 creatives launched per month.

Objective

To scale paid acquisition across TikTok and Snapchat without sacrificing profitability, while improving the feedback loop between creative performance, media-buying decisions, and measurement.

The goal was not simply to spend more.

It was to identify which creatives, offers, products, and acquisition strategies could absorb significantly larger budgets.

Challenge

At this scale, small inefficiencies become expensive very quickly.

The account required constant creative throughput, disciplined capital allocation, and strong measurement.

Platform-reported revenue alone was not enough. We also needed to understand whether paid media was creating incremental demand and halo effects across channels such as Amazon.

Result

Managed $1.99M+ combined TikTok and Snapchat spend during tenure.

  • Estimated ~$6M+ in attributed revenue based on approximately 3.0 ROAS across managed spend.

  • Generated $540K+ in monthly revenue during strong TikTok Shop scaling periods.

  • Managed up to $30K/day and $300K/month in TikTok Shop spend.

  • Maintained approximately 3.0+ ROAS, with CPA reaching as low as $14 on offers around $99.

  • Supported an acquisition engine launching 800+ creatives per month.

  • Ran holdout and incrementality tests to evaluate paid-media halo effects across channels including Amazon.

  • Worked with platform representatives, creators, and influencers to validate concepts before broader scaling.

  • Used Triple Whale, iROAS, post-purchase surveys, and Looker Studio to improve attribution and scaling confidence.
