Intro
This was one of my earlier large-scale ecommerce engagements and became an important foundation for how I approach creative testing today.
Instead of relying on a small number of ads, the account operated with high creative volume and a fast feedback loop between performance data and the next round of testing.
Across the engagement, I managed approximately $160K in paid-media spend across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium.
That spend generated approximately $380K in revenue and around $220K in profit.

Objective
To profitably acquire customers across multiple European markets while continuously identifying new creatives capable of maintaining performance as spend increased.

Challenge
Beauty is an extremely creative-driven category.
Performance can deteriorate quickly as creatives fatigue and successful concepts saturate.
The account therefore needed enough creative velocity to continually discover new winners while managing multiple ad accounts, markets, and concurrent campaigns.

Result
Managed approximately $160K in paid-media spend.
Generated approximately $380K in revenue.
Produced approximately $220K in profit.
Equivalent to roughly 2.4x revenue-to-ad-spend across the engagement.
Managed up to approximately $27K/month across five ad accounts.
Ran acquisition across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium.
Built a consistent creative-testing feedback loop to rapidly identify winners.
Supported approximately 180 creatives per month at peak testing velocity.
